  2.   MIXED GREENS WITH TARRAGON VINAIGRETTE

  4. 1/3 Cup Raspberry Vinegar or other fruit-flavored vinegar
  5. 1 Tbl. Chopped Fresh Tarragon or 1 tsp. dried, crumbled
  6. 1 Cup Olive Oil
  7. 9 Cups Bite-size pieces assorted greens

  9. Whisk vinegar and tarragon in bowl. Gradually whisk in oil. Season with salt and pepper. (Can be make 1 day ahead. Cover and let stand at room temp.)
